Our pieces are crafted from high-quality materials, including semiprecious stones, 18k gold-plated metals, stainless steel, and a variety of different forms of pearls. Due to the nature of these materials, variations in shape, color, and size may occur. Features that are considered rustic due to handmade craftsmanship or misuse by the customer do not qualify as signs of poor product conditions.
If any item reaches its recipient in poor condition, a store credit equivalent to the purchase value of the piece will be issued. Items can be returned or exchanged within a 15-day period from the date of purchase. The specific item in question must undergo verification, and if it meets the criteria for being classified as in bad condition, an exchange will be facilitated. Please note that no monetary refunds will be provided; only store credit or exchanges for other pieces are offered.
